CCGOP DataResource

The CCGOP DataResource is provided to support Vermont Republican Party (VTGOP) members in lawful Republican campaign and party activities.

Permitted Use

Data accessed through this system may be used for Republican campaign and party purposes only, including voter outreach, campaign planning, and related activities.

Data Exports

Exporting data is permitted for authorized campaign and party use. Any exported or accessed data remains subject to all applicable data-use restrictions imposed by the Vermont Secretary of State (including 17 V.S.A. § 2154), the Vermont Republican Party (VTGOP), and the Republican National Committee (RNC).

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the data for commercial or personal purposes
• Share data with non-Republican individuals, campaigns, or organizations
• Provide access to foreign governments or agents
• Resell, license, or otherwise redistribute the data outside authorized GOP use
• Allow unauthorized access to your account or exported data

Ownership

All voter data remains the property of its original providers, including the Vermont Secretary of State, the Republican National Committee (RNC), and the Vermont Republican Party (VTGOP). Access does not confer any ownership rights.

Acceptance & Access

Access to this system is conditioned upon acceptance of these Terms of Use. Access may be revoked at any time for non-compliance.
